Equity Share Solutions

Marcher Properties offers equity share agreements in certain situations. This allows you to solve your house or rental house problems quickly while maximizing the return on your sale. There are two main scenarios:
You Save Your Family Home
This option allows you to sell your house quickly to Marcher Properties, but sees you remain in the home with the option to buy it back at a later date. Here's how it works:
- We enter into a purchase agreement for the sale of your house, usually an agreement that sees Marcher Properties make all your outstanding loan payments and take over ongoing payments
- At the same time we negotiate a new sale contract and lease agreement, the terms of which allow you to continue living in the house and buy it back from Marcher Properties
- You make rental payments based on the newly agreed purchase price
- At a certain point in the future (usually 1 to 3 years) you arrange for a new loan and re-purchase the house from Marcher Properties.
It should be noted that this option is usually only available to people who are behind in their payments to the point where they can not catch up, but have overcome whatever difficulty lead to this situation and are able to meet ongoing payments.
You Move Out
This option allows you to solve your problem quickly and move out of your house, while still sharing in future profit when Marcher Properties eventually sells your house. Here's how it works:
- We enter into a purchase agreement for the sale of your house.
- You immediately vacate the house.
- Marcher Properties performs any required work and puts the property on the market.
- When the property is sold you receive a share of the profits.
